Setup NetAXS EVL setup using ver 6 firmware

1. You must have a router or server running DHCP services. Any door controller NOT a master, will default to DHCP when placed in EVL mode.  If you do not have a router to assign an IP address when that device reboots, it will default to 192.168.1.150

2.  If you wish to name the door controller you must do so before you place the unit into EVL mode and re-boot. Panel name and network settings are unavailable when in EVL mode. To change the settings you must be in 485 mode and dip switch 6 is on for gateway mode. You can log then log into the unit and make those changes , then revert back to EVL mode
